(and those of the TIFF and TWAIN libraries which it uses).
If you do not wish to accept it, you should cancel the

Terms used:

"SharpEye" refers to any version in the range 2.00 to
2.99 of the music OCR software system called
'SharpEye Music Reader', and its associated
documentation and files, designed to run under the
Microsoft Windows operating system.

"Computer" means any single-user computer, workstation or
laptop on which SharpEye can be used.

The "Key" means a registration code which is entered into
the Windows registry (normally a file with extension "key").
1. You may copy and distribute SharpEye in its unmodified
form (as a single self-extracting file) for any purpose. If
you wish to distribute large numbers of copies of SharpEye
you should ensure that you are distributing the most recent
version available by visiting the website www.visiv.co.uk.
2. You may use SharpEye for an evaluation period of 30 days
without fee.
3. When you have purchased a Key from the copyright holder,
you may do either of the following, but not both:

(a) Install SharpEye with the Key on one computer for use by
any number of people on that computer.

(b) Install SharpEye with the Key on any number of computers
solely for your own use.

If this is not sufficient to cover the use of SharpEye that
you are responsible for, you must purchase more than one Key,
as detailed below:

Purchasing 2 Keys will entitle you to use up to 4 copies at
any one site.
Purchasing 3 Keys will entitle you to use up to 10 copies
at any one site.
Purchasing 5 Keys will entitle you to use unlimited copies
at any one site.
4. You must keep confidential and use your best efforts to
protect the contents of the Key and prevent unauthorized
disclosure or use.
5. SharpEye must not be used where its use would infringe
copyright laws.
6. It is entirely your responsibility to assess the
suitability, reliability, and safety of SharpEye for
whatever use you intend to put it.

The TWAIN License
=================

The TWAIN Working Group grants customer ("Customer") the
worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce
and distribute the software and documentation of the TWAIN
toolkit ("TWAIN Toolkit"). The TWAIN Toolkit was designed to
be used by third parties to assist them in becoming compliant
with the TWAIN standard, but it has not been developed to the
standards of a commercial product. Consequently, the TWAIN
toolkit is provided AS IS without any warranty. THE TWAIN
Working Group disclaims all warranties in the TWAIN toolkit
whether implied, express or statutory, including, without
limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability,
noninfringement of third party rights and fitness for a
particular purpose. The TWAIN Working Group disclaims all
liability for damages, whether direct, indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential, arising from the reproduction,

As a condition of this license, Customer agrees to include in

similar locations: The TWAIN Toolkit is distributed as is.
The developer and distributors of the TWAIN Toolkit expressly

merchantability, noninfringement of third party rights and
